Youth Service Opportunities
Serving Boldly
As part of our mission as Christians, we believe we are called to serve the world around us — to be the hands and feet of Jesus at work in the world. Redeemer’s Youth actively take hold of this calling.
Our Youth regularly participate in:
- Fall, winter and spring mission projects include serving at God’s Work Our Hands Sunday, FODAC, Grace House, and with other local organizations.
- Summer Mission Trips: Middle School and High School trips alternate between regional service, international mission, and the ELCA National Youth Gathering
- Vacation Bible School: Middle and High School Youth serve as crew and rotation leaders
- Music opportunities include Redeemer Singers, (6th) JOY Choir (7th-12th), Redeemer Ringers (6th), Joyful Rhythm Ringers (7th-12th)
- Other opportunities throughout the year include Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service.
