Care Giving Resources

If you are an older adult, or a caregiver, and are looking for services, you can call the Atlanta Region Aging & Disability Resource Connection at 404-633-3333.  Their extensive database can connect you with the right county, and the service, that you are looking for.

Another option is to go to the following website, sponsored by the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Aging Division, where you can view available services yourself:

—Once in, click on “Access Services” at the top of the page
—then, look to the right near the top of this page, where it says “Atlanta Region Resource Directory”. Then click on “Download Directory”.

Once the directory opens, scroll over to the table of contents.  You will find content on three different pages.  On the first page of contents is a list of Metro-Atlanta County Based Aging Programs, with their phone numbers and email addresses.

—Senior Centers (recreation, socialization, and health and wellness activities)
—Transportation
